A superb MP in front of the 96.3m tall Clock Tower, with the 13.8 tonnes heavy bell named Big Ben. The the name 'Big Ben' originates back to the bulky Welshman Sir Benjamin Hall, who was First Commissioner of Works from 1855 to 1858 and whose name was inscribed on the bell.
