This MP is taken on the steep hills south of the famous beach towns of Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos. To the left is seen the island of La Gomera.
Tenerife is the largest of the 7 Canary Islands and has an area of 2034.38 square kilometers, and ca. 900,000 inhabitants.
